Shipping & Delivery

What shipping options do you offer?
We currently only offer standard shipping .
Standard shipping is free for orders over €75 .
Delivery usually takes 2-4 working days .

Do you offer express shipping?
We currently do not offer express shipping .

Returns & Exchanges

How does the return process work if I don't like a product?
You can easily return unused products within 14 days of receipt .
Please contact our customer service department – ​​we will help you with the return process.

Used or second-hand items , especially products such as filter systems or reverse osmosis systems , are excluded from returns.

Are there any costs associated with the return?
The customer is generally responsible for the return shipping costs , unless:

  • The product has a defect.

  • The product does not match the description.

Unused and flawless products may be subject to a restocking fee of 3% of the product price to cover our internal costs.

Do you accept used filters or reverse osmosis systems for return?
No. For hygienic and technical reasons , used equipment – ​​regardless of age – is excluded from exchange and return, especially if the customer simply "doesn't like it".

Vouchers

Do you offer coupons?
Yes, we offer vouchers for various occasions – for example, Christmas, birthdays or other events.
You can find these in the "Vouchers" section.

  • Voucher values: €10 to €200

  • Format: Digital vouchers

  • Delivery: via email with individual voucher code

Customer account

How can I create a customer account?
You can easily create a customer account:

  1. Register with your email address

  2. You will receive a multi-digit confirmation code.

  3. After that, you can register in our shop at any time.
